We're on your side. Our refund policy is one of the most generous in the travel industry. We offer full refunds up to 14 days before check-in, meaningful partial refunds right up to 48 hours before arrival, and emergency exceptions for genuine hardship — always. Book with confidence.
Cancelled 30+ days before check-in
100% of the booking amount refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. No questions asked.
Cancelled 14–29 days before check-in
100% refund issued within 5–7 business days. We want you to book with complete confidence.
Cancelled 7–13 days before check-in
75% of the booking amount refunded within 5–7 business days. We absorb most of the cost so you don't have to.
Cancelled 3–6 days before check-in
50% refund issued promptly. We still cover half your cost even on short-notice cancellations.
Cancelled within 48 hours of check-in
A 25% travel credit applied to your next booking — valid for 12 months. We never leave you with nothing.

Our refund policy is built around one principle: we will always treat you fairly. We go further than most agencies to protect your investment, and we will never hide behind fine print.
Cancelling is simple. Call our specialist team at +1 (888) 807-7235 or email [email protected] with your booking reference number. A member of our team will confirm your cancellation in writing and initiate your refund immediately. We are available 7 days a week, 8am–10pm ET. If you contact us outside business hours, your cancellation will be processed first thing the next morning.
We process refunds as quickly as possible — typically within 3–5 business days for full refunds and 5–7 business days for partial refunds. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days, call us and we will personally follow up with your bank on your behalf.
Need to change your dates or room type? We'll do everything we can to accommodate you at no extra charge, subject to availability. If the new dates carry a higher rate, you'll only pay the difference. We never charge modification fees — your booking should work for your life, not the other way around.
If you or an immediate family member experiences a serious medical emergency or bereavement, call us regardless of your cancellation window. We handle every emergency personally and will work with the property to secure a full or partial refund, a rebooking credit, or a date change — whichever is most helpful to you. We will always advocate on your behalf.
If your travel is disrupted by events outside your control — including natural disasters, government travel advisories, airline cancellations, or public health emergencies — we will work with you and the property to secure a full rebooking credit or refund. You will never be penalised for circumstances beyond your control.
If you are unable to check in on your arrival date, please call us as soon as possible — even if it's the same day. We will do our best to arrange a late check-in, a date change, or a partial credit. We understand that no-shows are almost always the result of genuine emergencies, and we will treat them as such.
While our refund policy is among the most generous in the industry, we still recommend comprehensive travel insurance for complete peace of mind. Insurance can cover scenarios such as pre-existing medical conditions, missed connections, and lost luggage that fall outside any agency's control. Ask our specialists for guidance when booking.
